Our diabetes support program puts patients and families in touch with each other in a warm, relaxed and informal environment. Families are grouped with others who have children of a similar age. Each group meets on the third Tuesday of each month for approximately 90 minutes. Parents can exchange experiences while sharing tips and strategies; kids can enjoy some fun and conversation with peers who are also living with diabetes. The emphasis is on fun and family to family connection.
