We at Hasbro Children’s Hospital appreciate your generous consideration of the children we serve during this holiday season. We appreciate your flexibility in order for us to provide the very best items for hospitalized patients.

Donating Online

Please consider making a donation to the Child Life Holiday Fund at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. We use these donations to provide gifts and activities for patients during the holiday season. To donate online, be sure type in "Child Life Holiday Fund" in the "Comments" section when making a donation on our online form.

Items Needed

You are also welcome to donate specific new items to be a part of our gift giving for patients. All gifts must be unwrapped.

Based on the items we currently have we can only accept the following:

For School Age Children:

• DVDs - new releases rated G and PG

For Teens:

• Mini iPods
• Music CDs (non-violent)
• Sports team clothing (especially New England Teams)
• DVDs - new releases rated PG and PG-13
• Bath and body products (male and female)
• Arts and crafts kits

Dropping Off Gifts

Gifts must be delivered to a child life staff member for security reasons.

There will be only two drop off dates for gifts:

• Thursday, December 20, 2012, 3-7 p.m.
• Friday, December 21, 2012, 3-7 p.m.

Drop-off location: Hasbro Children's Hospital Family Resource Center. The Family Resource Center is inside the Hasbro Children's Hospital entrance that is up the main driveway/circle to Rhode Island Hospital from the Eddy Street side.
