The Hasbro Children's Hospital Heroes Ball

Held annually on the first Saturday in March, the Heroes Ball is Hasbro Children's Hospital's signature event. The event benefits the greatest needs of the hospital and each year the fund-a-need targets a specific need which in the past has included renovations to the pediatric pre- and post-surgical areas; the Lawrence A. Aubin, Sr. Child Protection Center; transformation of the hospital’s outdoor healing garden and play areas; and patient care, life-saving programs, research, education, and the hospital’s Children’s Integrative Therapy Pain Management and Supportive Care (CHIPS) Program for children with complex, chronic conditions

The Hasbro Children's Hospital Radiothon

Radiothon

Each year, the Hasbro Children’s Radiothon fills the airwaves with amazing stories of courage and hope from patients, families, and staff at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Hosts from Cumulus Providence Radio Stations – including 92 PROFM, Lite Rock 105, 630WPRO and Hot 106 – broadcast live from the hospital, asking listeners to call in, text, or donate online to become a Miracle Maker (monthly donor) or to make a one-time gift. Radiothon funds have been used to support the healing arts and child life programs, purchase life-saving technology, and improve the lives of thousands of children in our community.
