The 2019 Hasbro Children's Hospital Heroes Ball
Join us for a special evening benefiting Hasbro Children's Hospital as we celebrate our 25th anniversary
When Hasbro Children’s Hospital opened its doors in 1994, it became a beacon of hope and healing for families throughout Rhode Island and southern New England. It shines ever brightly today, inspiring pride in our community and confidence in the tens of thousands of families who depend on us for exceptional care each year. Pediatric medicine is constantly evolving. We see the lifesaving impact of modern medicine every day, made possible in large measure by the support of caring donors like you. As our hospital celebrates its twenty-fifth anniversary, it does so with a renewed and intensified commitment to the physical, mental, and emotional health of our region’s children. Thank you for caring about Every Child, Every Day.
Proceeds from the Heroes Ball are used to establish and grow significant programs throughout Hasbro Children’s Hospital. By giving to the area of greatest need, your unrestricted support helps provide the high quality, family- and patient-centered care that our patients deserve.
Support from sponsors like you ensures that sick and injured children receive the best possible medical care in an environment that nurtures both the child and their family. Your generosity will truly help to change and save lives.

The 2019 Hasbro Children's Hospital Radiothon
Listen. Be Inspired. Change Lives.
April 4, 2019 • Starting at 6 a.m.
Each year, the Hasbro Children’s Radiothon fills the Rhode Island airwaves with amazing stories of courage and hope from patients, families, and staff at Hasbro Children’s Hospital. Hosts from Cumulus Providence Radio Stations – including 92 PROFM, Lite Rock 105, 630WPRO and Hot 106 – broadcast live from the hospital, asking listeners to call in and pledge their support by making a one-time gift or by becoming a Miracle Maker (monthly donor). Since 2004, this annual event has raised over $8 million dollars to support the life-saving care at Hasbro Children's Hospital.
These funds have been used to purchase equipment, pay for uncompensated care, healing arts programs, child life programs and many other items that support the hospital and its goal to save and improve the lives of as many children as possible.
